My Days – Period Tracker

Now there is a new application for every woman who would like to track her Period and Ovulation. I know there are several applications on the Android Market, but I promised to my wife to write my own version and make it a little bit different than that what was already available for the G1 Mobile. Does only work on ANDROID Mobiles, not iPhone or Windows!
- Speciality:
A full month calender where you can see all your special days (“My Days”) in an graphical overview. Just with a fingertip you are able to add a new “Start of Period”.
Now all upcoming Periods and Days of highest fertility are calculated for the Future. It is just safer to plan your next holiday or trip, knowing if you will have your days in that time or not. Maybe you are planing to make your baby while you are in vacation, just have a look if your Ovulation happens in that time.
- Extras:
You may not only Track your Period, its easy now to keep in Mind when you had last Time Sex or when you took your Pill. All this additional Information’s make it comfortable to have all important days tracked with your Mobile Phone.
- Users:
Some Woman really have fun to share there Application with her best Friends (if they dont have an own Period Calculator), or within the Family (Mother, Daugther)
- ListView:
Should u like to see just all your Entries in a Listview, also that’s possible just by a Click.
- BMT Basal Tracking:
Track your Basal Temperatures easily.

Just have a look in the Android Market on your Android Mobile. Search for “My Days” . - Pro Version
The Pro Version does include additional Alarm to remind on taking your Pill, also Notifications when your next Period/Ovulation does start and the Feature to set a Password on the Application !

I must say this app has been working for me, but it hasn’t let me input any information for the last 2 days. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still can’t input anything. The only buttons that work ate the ones used to move from month to month.

here a short reminder how to make a backup of your privat data.
1.
- first export data from the original mobile by going to mydays preferences.\
- Look what user is activated. Click “Save to SD-CARD”.
- Now the activated user data comes saved to a file called “username.myd” on the sd-card root.
2.
NOW very important otherwise also you saved your data, they may not on the sdcard:
- On your phone, tap on Settings.
- Under Settings, tap on SD card & phone storage.
- Now tap on Unmount SD card.
- When you do, this option will be grayed out because the card will be unmounted

+ Change the sd-card into your new mobile
4.
- Create/Activate the same username as you saved before
(you cant for example import user “sara” into “Default User”)
- Than click “Load from SD-Card”
You could also copy sometimes this backup file from your SD-Card to your Computer, just for the
reason your mobile may be stolen. In that case you always can copy this backup file to your
new sdcard and reimport into mydays. Otherwise you data would be lost.
I just changed phones because mine would no longer boot up. I LOVE this app! I’m having a problem though, and I’m hoping you can help me
I was wondering if there is a way to get the info out of my old phone My Days app, and transfer it to my new phone. I downloaded the app, but I need all my old info to put into the new app. Is there a way to transfer from the old phone to the new one? Thanks!
Great job! I would offer an improvement suggestion . . . for those women who are using ovulation tests in conjunction with BMT, there should be a way your software can take that actual OV test information into account to be more exacting on the actual day of OV, plus refining your calculations for the next predicted OV date. Am I making sense?? Hope so. Thanks.
This app is awesome, I’ve had it only a month and it’s really helping me make sense of my body and less me worry less about birth control and being prepared for my period. It looks like I’m not the only one who uses it to track things like migraine. How about adding the ability to add and edit items, without using notes? I don’t track my temp., for instance, but would love to track the migraines in the same convenient way.

THIS APP IS NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!!!!I’VE BEEN TRYING FOR THREE YEAR AS SOON AS I DOWNLOAD THIS APP I WAS PG 3 MOS LATER. I HAD A MISCARRIAGE BUT I KNOW I WILL GET PG AGAIN WITH THIS APP.
I got my implanon took out of my arm on April 28th. I had a period from 4-30 to 5-3. Took a pregnancy test last Thurs. Im 3 wks preg!!!!!!! I love the My Days application! It is so helpful.
Good news: This app is 100% accurate right away. (In my personal experience)
Seriously, I’ve only logged in one month (Got my phone in April) and by the second month it was like “Oh hey. Your period will start on the 23rd” and what do you know, it was right on time. I’m excited because hopefully this means it won’t be hard to track my fertility and get pregnant once Hubby and I are ready (Sometime in the fall most likely).
So yeah, I highly recommend this app to any of my friends trying to get pregnant within the next year or two (Because if you’re not as regular as I am it’s best to start tracking early so it can work on calculating your cycle better).

I am a guy and I use it to track my girl friend so we don’t have any surprises. My girl friend and I both think it is a great app and several of my buddies use it to track their girl friends. I would like to request possibly another version that is more discrete for guys, such as no pink and a different icon. Thanks for a great app.

This app is definitely one of the best in this category. There are ‘cuter’ apps but they don’t have the functionality this one has! My periods are irregular so the predictor doesn’t help very much but the tracking (periods, sexual activity, BMT, etc) is very useful. Love the notes and email list feature for future reference and at doctor appointments too. Would be awesome if the data could integrate with google health. Why isn’t the pro version available in the market? The price is reasonable but would rather purchase in market.
I love this app! Thinking of upgrading but had a question. Upon buying the pro version, is the $4.90 a one time charge or is it a monthly charge?

Hi, I’m from the island of Puerto Rico. I don’t use pills. Instead I use patch. So, please add the “new patch” tab and “patch week off” tab. Thanks!!! THIS APP IS REALLY USEFULL TO ME. But the only problem is about the days I had to change my patch because sometimes I forgot :-s

I love this app..love the fact that it has a live chat/support room .
I think this is a good app…it tells me my high fertility day’s and ovulation day’s and I love that it also has a live chat / support chat room so you don’t feel like your the only one in this world going through the trouble of trying to get preggo.
I wanted to take a moment and say “Thank you”. Your app was downloaded to my phone in September 2010. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since June 08′. We got pregnant in March, and no sooner we found out, we were crushed with a miscarriage. But we never gave up Hope. We then went on with life as best we could and then we bought new phones in September 10′. I downloaded your app and on New Years Eve we found out that we were pregnant. My son who is 4, my husband and I are so very happy!
I wanted to say Than You because without your relatively accurate app, I would probably not be pregnant right now. It is so easy to use and if anyone is trying to conceive, I so recommend this app. Oh, to address the relatively accurate part, my cycles were a little messed up but would start around the same time every month, just not end around the same time. Some would be five days and others would be almost two weeks. But this app is very good at tracking everything and reminding you of everything that would be important when it comes to getting/not getting pregnant.

Hi. I’ve only a question: prevision of future periods are base only on info I inserted (such as mean duration) or there’s a sort of calc based on hisotical data?

So I put this app on my phone just to keep track of my period. A doc 5years ago told me my tubes were clogged an I couldn’t conceive.well I didn’t realize it but had sex on a day I ovulated, 3weeks later come to find out I’m 7weeks pregnet for the first time..its a miracle n I am very blessed n very happy.
THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST, THE GREATEST & ABSOLUTELY THE MOST USEFUL APP THAT I HAVE EVER DOWNLOADED TO MY PHONE. I HAVE GOTTEN SO MUCH OUT IT cus my cycle doesn’t have a schedule it comes at all different times of the month but because of this app I finally can ball park the time of month it well come.

Just want to say that this application has allowed me to diagnose my migraines as hormonal migraines and not random or cluster headaches by being able to track where they occur in correlation with my cycle. It is the best app ever! Helped me keep track so well. Tried it for two months until I decided I was ready. Now I’m 4 weeks pregnant.
