BMT also called Basal Metabolic Temperature or sometimes BBT (Basal Body Temperature).
is a study to measure your temperature each morning to see when you have your Ovulation.
Usualy in the Time of Ovulation your BMT increase around 0.4degree

Okay, so, up untill I started taking birth control, this app was PERFECTION. Now I get suprises all the time, but my ovulation is always right on track! And I always input on whether I took my pill or not, so I can see when I have forgotten, so I can be careful! Thanks so much! Life savor!

Wow, I was actually measuring my BMT every morning when I remembered this application, and the my days ovulation prediction coincided with my own prediction prior to having had input my temperature data. I never bother leavin comments but I absolutely love this application! Fanatastic job! Thanks!
I have had quiet a few visits to the er and Dr every time they ask that question that I can never remember. Now I just pull out my phone and I can tell them the exact day start to stop.
