Sorry about my english, i´m spanish
To get the bmt you must catch you temperature, the metod its simple: you must use an analogic termometer not digital, you must use the termometer only in the mouth, vagin or ass.
You must take the temperature everyday at same time hour, and it must be on the bed before wake up, you cant wake up before take your temperature.

You must be care, the sperm can live five days, and you cant have sex 5 days before ovulation.

This is soooo cool…..I was like wats going on wit my days app…it got stuck wit the colors…for ex. For start period and next period was the same color …same wit high fertility and ovulation it was the s@me color…now I see I needed the latest upgrade…I’m sooo lovin it…thank u thank u soooo much!
